PRIVACY POLICY

MÁS VIDA RED, S.L. (hereinafter, MÁS VIDA RED), as the owner and controller of the automated files arising from this website, informs the website users and visitors of its privacy policy, which applies to all the forms and ways through which personal data are collected, without prejudice to that stated in the Privacy Clause applicable to each specific form.

COMMITMENTS

When we need to obtain information from you, we will always expressly ask you to provide it voluntarily. The data collected through the website’s data collection forms or other means shall be added to MÁS VIDA RED’s processing systems and specifically included in an automated file that is registered with the AEPD (Spanish Data Protection Agency) and whose controller is MÁS VIDA RED, with the purpose of providing, managing and improving the services and/or contents offered, studying the use of the services made by the users and visitors, and carrying out advertising and commercial research of MÁS VIDA RED’s products and services. For the stated purposes, the controller shall process the data confidentially with all the legal and security guarantees imposed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and Spanish Act 34/2002 of 11 July on the Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services.

MÁS VIDA RED undertakes not to transfer, sell or share the data with third parties without your express approval.

Likewise, MÁS VIDA RED shall cancel or rectify the data when they are inaccurate, incomplete or no longer necessary or relevant for their purpose, in accordance with the provisions of the prevailing personal data protection legislation.

SECURITY MEASURES

MÁS VIDA RED shall adopt the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure personal data security and thus avoid the alteration, loss or unauthorised processing or access of the data, taking into account the state of the art in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on Security Measures for automated files containing personal data approved by Royal Decree 994/1999 of 11 July 1999.

Nevertheless, it does not assume any liability for damages arising from alterations that third parties may cause to the users’ computer systems, electronic documents or files.

MÁS VIDA RED may use cookies to provide the website services. Cookies are physical files containing personal information stored in the users’ own terminals. Users can set their browsers in such a way as to prevent or warn of the creation of cookie files.
